Lähteentien Lekkikenttāā, Ylöjärvi (near Tampere)

It's here, and I located it last year as an example of something I would go looking for in Tampere and perhaps even stake out to see how it was used. I have abandoned that idea primarily because it seems ridiculously obvious - it's a children's playground and nothing more - if it's used for anything more, I'll end up being witness in a trial or something. Here's the entrance:
The playground equipment, all very close together oddly enough - I would imagine probably for the use of very small children.

About half of the space is just open, possibly (unoficially?) reserved as a skating rink or similar like a number of other spaces I've visited lately.

This is where things got interesting: a laminated sign confirming the space has a name,  that it's in Lähteentie located 'along the park area' (this is all via google translate, of course), it's the responsibility of Ylöjärven city engineering department Park Unit, that in an emergency you should call112, and that no dogs are allowed on the playground (thank you).
The laminated sign is a bit glarey but what surprised me, and what wasn't obvious from google map, was that officially there are two other IRs nearby: one to the immediate north off Savitie, and one at the top of the location map, mostly cut off.

So, I'll show you the other two shortly (don't get too excited). However, before we go any further I'd just like to explore the possibility that these spaces are largely here because the ground is marshy and in need of drainage. There's a waterway to the south-east of this estate and you can see the very prominent drain cover above. Also, this picture of the street known as Hatolantie suggests a swale.
